About
A little yellow teahouse in the heart of Bishop Arts.
Potpourri Boulangerie is more than a teahouse — it’s a cozy yellow haven where afternoon tea is steeped in nostalgia, flavor, and warmth. With chef-driven menus, seasonal pastries, and custom-blended teas, we create an atmosphere that inspires comfort, curiosity, and connection. Whether gathering with loved ones or celebrating a special occasion, our table is always set for community and conversation.

Rooted in a family legacy of hospitality, Chef Andres Barreiro brings heart, heritage, and global inspiration to Potpourri Boulangerie. A graduate of the Texas Culinary Academy, his journey has taken him from the kitchens of Cuvee Bistro in Florida to the boulangeries of Montreal — experiences that sparked the vision for reimagining his family’s original tea shop. Today, Chef Andres is passionate about detail, design, and creating thoughtful, shared moments around the table.
